Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship to all U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories and PO Boxes).

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Carrier: We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping address and package size.

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50
For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.90 will apply at checkout

Return & Refund Policy

At Coverea, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which begins on the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@coverea.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@coverea.com, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

3. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized items

Personal care goods (e.g., cosmetics)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have a question about whether your item is eligible, contact us before initiating a return.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The product must still meet the eligibility conditions stated above (unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase).

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@coverea.com.
